Utterly fed up already!!!

New year, schmu year!!! Woke up in pain....was gonna take a walk...but too much in distress.....

Spent day in bed dosing myself with painkillers then thought I would get up and try and do something to help myself.....did some yoga and strained my shoulder even more......great start to new year....sorry had to vent!!!!!!!! Argh!!!

Hi there at least you got up and had a try but you need to rest now and take it 1 step at a time, we are all the same think we can do it and steam right in then suffer for it xxx
