Are you on biologic treatment? Please take a moment to complete our latest poll.

We'd like to hear from you if and how you are being possibly switched to a biosimilar. The poll can be found on the right hand side of the NRAS community page

I have made a comment on the poll as you didn't include an option that I could tick ie

' I haven't been switched but DO know about biosimilars'

Strange that you didn't think this was a relevant option. You obviously don't have a very high opinion of our level of knowledge!

Hi Matilda7 Apologies, that was an oversight on our part. We have now added another option at the end that says "I am aware of biosimilars but I have not been switched"

I agree with Matilda, you need another question . I have not been switched, but I do know about biosimilars.

So I cannot complete the poll as I would come under the above .

Had first injection of 50gm Benepali Wednesday, so far so good! To have them weekly .

I've got two more Enbrel doses to take then my new pack of Benepali injections are waiting in the fridge for me to start.

I'm waiting to hear from a Biologics nurse regards training to use the new pen as a letter came with the Benepali delivery for me to pass on.

So in two weeks time I can better answer the poll.

Not been very impressed with the switch over so far, it does make one very apprehensive.

I wish we were told exactly how much cheaper the new brand is. Might make me feel a bit better about the treatment change.

I'm trying to be circumspect about it , but all of us who jab ourselves weekly have already taken a great leap of faith only to just start all over again.

Oh well I guess we shall see........

I feel exactly the same, had rheumy app, got told was changing there and then, that was my discussion!! went home not happy, had a think and rang them to say I wasn't happy about it, I've been on enbrel 6 years,it's changed my life, no sides, inflammation markers always at lowest ,they have never changed! my argument was if it isn't broken...........! They basically said tough, ur changing, it's come from higher up!! how come some people are getting the option!? I now work for myself and I want to know if this doesn't work and my symptoms come back and I can't work, loose business etc who is liable as this wasn't my choice in the first place!??
