I'm only 18 so i feel like everything that's happening to me are early signs, but my insurance can't find a rheumatologist for me which i need the most and i had blood test but they came back normal. I think i need a MRI of hands to see everything better than a x ray can so i plan on going to the ER soon bc i seem to be getting bone spurs also and a bump appeared on the top of my sternum 3 days ago and is causing pain with movement and breathing

This sharp pain is the loss of synovial fluid which normally separates bones. The fluid will come back, albeit slowly with a supportive diet.
