This year it had to be a bit different : my daughter had to cook!!!
She, who doesn't see the point, had a crash course in whisking up a silky batter, then prepared the heavy pancake pan and tossed some fantastic pancakes!! 😆 One positive about having RA 😂

Our batter's being whisked up as I type. My h likes to let his rest before he makes them, aren't I spoilt?! Sugar & fresh lemon, we're traditionalists, nom nom.
Haven't had any yet, tomorrow I hope . I remember my first RA Xmas well , I really panicked X put not being able to cook Xmas lunch. The family fixed it, set table etc. I was served lol , best Xmas ever lol !
They sound like a super, supportive bunch 😊This last Christmas was a write - off for me: in bed mostly with inadequate medication for such swelling and much pain (before diagnosis from consultant ) leading to a decision to pay for an initial private consultation very early January! Having said that, my other half is not only a builder by trade, but a trained chef to boot!! Win, win situation there 😆
