Thank you all very much your words are heartfelt. I was so pleased when i got weighed as i doubted whether i had lost anything. This comes back to the days when i went to slimming clubs and was worried about whether i had lost or not and i used to lose the initiative to lose weight,i know it is different now i have had the operation,but the feelings still stay.
