stiffness andnumbnessright leg, ortho says vertabre slips. I am 76 year s old so ortho does not want to do fusion, har d to walk, any suggestions taking Celebrex 200 once daily oxy with Tylenol 325 any suggestions

So sorry to here this and wish you well. Where in your leg is the numbness and does it give you pain. I have degenerative disc problems with multiple protruding discs. One of which was pressing on my femoral nerve giving me numbness and pain, I'm on pregabalin which really helps. Still have problems standing for more than a few mins. I do understand though not all medication is suitable for everyone. I also had pyhsiotherapy which helped .

Hi I too have a bulging disc causing pain in my hip. The physio gave me a lot of exercises to strengthen my core ( and back I suppose). She said I'd have to persevere as results wouldn't be quick but now after two months there has definitely been an improvement Not sure exactly why whether because my spine is stronger it holds the spine straighter or what. Hope you can find some help somehow.
