Hi all. Anybody else this time of year(scotland) getting real bad aching ankles..like a constant pain weather feet down or elevated...when you walk on them of course it increases. .. swollen 2 days ago but not today yet the same grating pain...grrrrrr any suggestions?

I have always had painful ankles been complaining for years.Had shoes boots insoles help a bit but still very painful.Seen a new rymy before Christmas she is taking more interest in it mine are agony when i take my weight off them then try to stand up again sorry i can't help with yours but hope you get a bit of relief soon.The weather makes no difference but i know with lots of people i am also Scot
is very similar.. just been aggro for about 2 maybe 3 weeks. big aches and deep pain.. then when i stand.. BOOM wish i hadnt because the ache grows and doesnt let off.
