Had cough for months now and its getting worse, GP says my chest etc is fine but not to me its not!! Also got dry/ sore eyes and dry mouth and my scalp feels like someone pulling my hair out & headaches with it, this has been going on since June..are they RA related I also have OA ... See my consultant on tues this is a year since last visit..

It sounds suspiciously like you might have secondary Sjogren's Syndrome with the dry, sore eyes and dry mouth. I'm no expert, but do have sss, eyes, mouth, and certain glands are affected. Perhaps you could look it up and see what you think. There is a downloadable booklet on this webpage:

Hello, sorry you're not feeling great. I get dry, sore and puffy eyes with my Ra and eye drops can help with that if used morning and night, might be worth giving it a go I find my head very tender when my eyes are sore, but I have problems with my jaw too which causes head pain. Sometimes the stress of Ra can cause headaches too. I've found I was clenching my jaw without realising it which was causing tension and pressure in my temples and above my eyes, so by just relaxing my jaw more the tension does ease, might also be worth a try just in case it's linked to your headaches. Have a chat with your consultant too really hope you feel better soon x

Might your headaches be down to 'brain fog' where you find it more difficult to concentrate than you did before ?

If so along with your other symptoms it could be thyroid related.
