I am getting fed up with having to put my password in every time I want to read a post. I do tick the box to ask to keep me logged on but it makes no difference. I always used to be able to cancel the log in box but this option no longer exists.

Are you using an iPad? If so you might need to re-set it, this is done by pressing the power button on top at the same time as pressing the home button , on the front of the iPad, keep pressing until you see the apple logo, then release until it's ready to turn on, only takes a min or 2. If not then try uninstalling the Nora's app and reinstall it I hope this helps.

Worked for me but my main prob was my iPad dying lol but I got it swapped for a new one lol.

Hi, me too, asks me to sign in every time I read a new post, getting really fed up with doing that. Love reading the different stories and so helpful but this problem is really annoying happens on mobile and iPad.

I feel exactly the same ! That's why I very rarely come on here - it's a pain having to do this every time I want to read a post. I'm on the admin of another Facebook group for RA, OA etc and we don't have all of this. It's a shame as there's often very good posts I'd like to respond to.

Mine only does it on my android phone. It's ok on my iTouch which I'm using now but I don't always use it as its old and on its way out. I can't sign in on my android phone at all for some reason it won't have it. Just keeps returning me to the sign in pop up.

Same with me and this is a new issue as of the past month or so. And no, resetting the iPad makes no difference.

I've not had this problem on my tablet but it would drive me mad if I had to log in so regularly. You could always check your settings (click on Help Centre under the Support heading at the bottom of the page) or contact the Support team by email (to the right of the page under More help), they've been very helpful when I've had problems on site.

I don't have this problem on my laptop, blackberry or pc.
