Well folks its first day back at work after 5 months off so we will see how it goes, best I've been feeling for 2 years so we will see just glad to get back in a routine

Good luck, it will be good to get back out there with your colleagues again want it. It's just being able to do normal things like that without being in pain that you want isn't it. Have a great day.
