From last few months i am suffering with serious neck pain. Can somebody tell me how i can get away from this unbearable pain.

have you got r.a.? I started getting agonising kneck pain and was sent for an m.r.I. scan. the results were some movement in ligaments and other damage. I am now on humira injections and this has relieved it quite a bit.

I think your first step needs to be to get a proper diagnosis. There are many causes of neck pain and the right treatment will depend on what is causing it. If your GP can't help, ask them to refer you to someone who can.

Yes I agree with what Livingston says that you need proper diagnosis. Could be anything like work or having good pillows or spondylitis.

Maybe physio would help but you need to see your doctor first

Hi, you are not alone, so many people are losing their sleep, job and everything you name it. The exercise for neck could help as far as I know. I would say search YouTube. Another thing I would suggest is homeopathic medicine. A long time ago I was in Croydon UK and I met a doctor. He was homeopathic doctor. I learnt that insurance covers the homeopathic cure. Search online for a doctor they are trained and registered. I got the help from a Pakistani homeopathic doctor on phone while living in USA and he sent me medicine from there. Although I lost contact with him but his medicine worked. It was 5 years ago. I wish and pray for health and beautiful life for everyone in neck pain. There is another way which I personally belive. It is spritual healing which could work. Nothing is guaranteed but at least we could try.
