As a rule is a balanced diet and cardio exercise better, as unless it is just used for definition and the subject has a layer of fat it wont work

I tried one years ago but don't think I was committed enough to se a difference. I bought one of these vibroplates have you seen them? I can honestly say it made a difference to wobbly bits! (Summer, any thoughts?) but I felt a achy after using so stopped with the worry it wasn't good for joints, will try it again soon though, see if the same happens. I suppose on the stomach it wouldn't hurt does it?

My local gym has a couple of these vibroplate machines but none of the trainers could tell me whether or not I should use them. Shortly afterwards we were at a summer fair and there was a stand there where they were being demonstrated. I spoke to the lady in charge and she said she would definitely NOT recommend them for people with RA as they could increase inflammation (and she was trying to sell them!) she was obviously not medically trained but it put me off the idea. If you do decide to try yours again I would be very interested to hear how you get on as I have lots of 'wobbly bits' that need something.

Thanks for that! I did suspect it caused inflammation but didn't want to accept it because it worked :( I tried to research it as well before I bought it but couldn't find any info. booooo to wobbly bits! I will let you know however but I think you've confirmed my thoughts!
