On Deltacortril for past three weeks, also methotrexate. First blood test today, should I defer med until after blood test? Should I be fasting from food?

Fasting not necessary unless you're having your cholesterol checked too - but they probably would have told you.
I tend not to take MTX on same day as blood tests, but people seem to be advised different things which tells me it's not critical either way!
Unless told to I don't fast or not take my meds for any blood tests. I don't even need to fast for lipids testing (cholesterol) any more but if you're unsure I would check with your Surgery, they should know. I normally have my drug monitoring bloods on Mondays but had to defer my blood test for MTX to today, the day I inject. I asked if it was ok to have it taken the day I inject & my nurse said it doesn't matter which day.
Hope this helps.
