hi i have it in 4 fingers..the only treatment i have is finger splints from my OT they do help xx

i cant on my own but the splints keep them slightly bent so you can use them

Yes I have two,I have two splints if I want to use them and keeps them straightened.

Have you been offered any other treatment other than the splints

No 6 weekly sessions of hand exercises and finger splints that's all.

Hi there, I have this and was given plastic splints by the OT. I can bend my fingers ok now and the OT did say to use the splits to stop them getting worse. Before I started MTX and other meds I struggled to bend them though.

Hi yes my hand/fingers are very twisted, been given a splint to wear in bed, but I wake in middle of night and take it off (I never remember doing it) also splints on fingers for day time, my consultant says next thing is op, But they are working so I don't think so, they just look a bit odd, but hey ho I can use them.

Thanks for that info,splints it is.I hope my other fingers don,t go like my small one or i will look like edward sissorhands
