Medway NRAS Group
This group meet at the Medway Health Staff Social Club at Medway Maritime Hospital, Windmill Road, Gillingham, Kent ME7 5NY bi-monthly on a Monday from 7:00pm-9:00pm.
18th May - Guest speaker from Queen Victoria Hospital Foundation Trust will talk about the Hospital’s facilities etc. and Tracy Topley from Family Mosaic Home Improvement Agency to talk on what is available to enable people to stay in their own homes.
Thanet NRAS Group
Meetings take place bi-monthly at The New Life Family Church, 8 Church Street, Margate, Kent, CT9 1ST from 6:45pm-8:15pm on a Monday.

Brand Focus Group and NRAS update
Kiera Ridge - Head of Development and Ruth Grosart – Digital Media Manager
Ruth and Kiera will be visiting to update the group about NRAS. They will be available to take questions about RA Awareness week, the charity and its work.
They are also looking for your help to feed into the resources and information that NRAS are currently providing. Your opinions and ideas will be invaluable in shaping the direction of the charity's brand and communications to ensure that they are truly meeting the needs of people living with RA.
Gwent NRAS Group
The Gwent NRAS group hold their meetings in different venues around Caerphilly with winter meetings on Saturdays and summer meetings on Wednesdays, please see below for locations and times. Each meeting has a guest speaker followed by discussion, exchange of information and then a social chat over a cuppa. Free meeting for all attend,
donation for tea/coffee of 50p-£1 appreciated. Raffle held at each meeting.
Wednesday 20th May - 7pm-9pm at The Twyn Community Centre, The Twyn, Caerphilly CF83 1UD (we regret that this venue is not suitable for those in motorised wheelchairs) - Guest speaker David Wallace who runs Energy Efficiency Savings Workshops will be presenting: ‘Keeping Warm and Spending Less’
Yeovil NRAS Group
The Yeovil NRAS group have a new meeting location! 2015 meetings are to be held at: The Studio Ninesprings Clinic, 70 Hendford, Yeovil, Somerset BA20 1UR. Tina and Elaine co-ordinate this group and meet on the third Wednesday of every other month from 7:30pm.
20th May - NRAS Yeovil Rheumatoid Arthritis Information Evening
Presentations and Q&A session with an expert panel including healthcare professionals from the rheumatology team at Yeovil District Hospital and representatives of NRAS. Come along to find out more about the existing Yeovil NRAS Group and their meeting plans for 2015.
Wrexham NRAS Group
2015 meetings will be held monthly on the third Wednesday at Tesco Wrexham, Crescent Road, Wrexham, LL13 8HF from 7:00-8:30pm.

Blackpool NRAS Group
Blackpool and District NRAS Group (BADRAG) meet in the cafeteria at Clifton Hospital, Pershore Road, Lytham St. Annes, FY8 1PB from 7:00pm – 8:30pm on the third Thursday of alternate months.
21st May - Dr H. Sari-Kouzel, Consultant Rheumatologist: ‘The use of Ultrasound in RA’
Pembury & Tunbridge Wells NRAS Group
Rheumatology Nurse Janie Langridge and NRAS Volunteer Members co-ordinate this group and hold their bi-monthly meetings at Langton Green Village Hall, Speldhurst Road, TN3 0JJ from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.
21st May - Guest speaker: Peter Cobb, retired Assistant Director of Social Services with a special interest in health and currently doing research of the Kent provision
Plymouth NRAS Group
Phil and Rika co-ordinate this group and call themselves PADRAGS (Plymouth & District Rheumatoid Arthritis Group Support). The group meet in the Health Education Room at Mount Gould Hospital, Plymouth PL4 7QD from 1pm-3pm.
21st May - Rheumatology Research Nurses Amanda Holt and Esme Elloway will present 'The Importance of Research in Rheumatology' accompanied by Nikki Day, Rheumatology Specialist Nurse
You, your family, friends and healthcare professionals are all very welcome to attend and you don’t have to be a member of NRAS to attend a group meeting!
