We all react differently to medication & what works for one person doesn't necessarily work for another. I've been prescribed Naprosin (naproxen) for 3 different types of pain including RD & it's not been effective for me at any of the doses I've been given. I find Arcoxia (etoricoxib) works best for me, but may not work for others & of course it can depend on the condition of your heart, bp etc., & whether it's been affected by RD so not suitable or prescribed for everyone.

It does work well for some though & hope it continues to work well for you.

I've tried at least 5 different NSAIDs and although I can't take any of them now, Diclofenac was always the one that worked best for me - as nomoreheels says, its quite individual, but always worth trying a different one if you don't feel like the one you currently use is working as well as it should. Its can also be dose dependent too - remembering that over the counter doses are often only about half what your doctor can prescribe if necessary.
