Major headaches nothing seems to take them away any suggestions '

Hi - I've had bad head last few weeks, on and off - too scared to take over counter meds to try and sort it.

My only advice is to drink lots and lots of water, esp. If you are on MTX.

I would suggest that you talk to your GP to get some advice and, failing that, speak to the pharmacist to get some help.

I feel for you windy123. I was having continuously bad headaches in the UK of migraine & they get you down. Seems they were cervicogenic headaches caused by pre existing cervical spondylosis & now on regular meds which has eased them. Please don't put up with them, go & see your GP hopefully he/she will be able to help you.

Thank you now if I can find time for the doc I work so much I can't seem to get the time. I guess its time
