NRAS Group Meetings—Week Commencing 18th August 2014
Cambridge NRAS Group
2014 meetings are to be held at Arbury Community Centre, (corner of) Campkin Road/Arbury Road, Cambridge CB4 2LD. Please see below times and dates for these meetings.
Monday 18th August - 3pm onwards - Bring & Share Picnic. Relax and chat with other members of your group while sharing food and drink. Mats will be laid out, but please bring a chair or cushion if you require one and some food and drink to share. We will meet on the green outside the Arbury Community Centre.
Banbury NRAS Group
The Banbury NRAS Group meet bi-monthly on a Wednesday in the Training Room of the Horton Hospital, Oxford Road, Banbury, OX16 9AL from 6:30pm-8:00pm. Please find full details below.
20th August - Guest speaker: Maureen Cox, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Rheumatology, topic: ‘Measuring Your Condition’. PLUS – Please bring your favourite gadget that helps you in your day to day life!
Pembury & Tunbridge Wells NRAS Group
Rheumatology Nurse Janie Langridge and NRAS Volunteer Members co-ordinate this group and hold their bi-monthly meetings at Langton Green Village Hall, Speldhurst Road, TN3 0JJ on a Thursday from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.
21st August - Guest speaker: Governor from the Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead
Plymouth NRAS Group
Phil and Rika co-ordinate this group and call themselves PADRAGS (Plymouth & District Rheumatoid Arthritis Group Support). The group meet in the Health Education Room at Mount Gould Hospital, Plymouth PL4 7QD from 12-2pm, please see below for meeting dates or visit the PADRAGS website for more information on the group.

West Middlesex NRAS Group
This group meets at Hillingdon Baptist Church Halls, Patterson Room, Hercies Road, Uxbridge, Middx, UB10 9LS. Meetings run from 2:00pm - 4:00pm quarterly on a Thursday.
21st August - Colin Morris from the DWP will be talking to the group
You, your family, friends and healthcare professionals are all very welcome to attend and you don’t have to be a member of NRAS to attend a group meeting!
