I was diagnosed with skin cancer approx. 4 years ago and subsequently had 2 minor operations to remove growth's from lip and ear, in the last month I have developed small patches which are very embarrassing, is this to be expected with this complaint, were these to be removed I think a skin graft would be necessary, any comments or advice please.

Skin cancer
If I were you I would go back to see my dermatologist. You shouldn't leave getting it checked out. Clemmie
Taking immuno suppressant drugs can make us at risk from developing all types of cancer. I had a skin cancer scare a couple of weeks ago but it turned out to be inflammation of the hair follicles. If you have developed small suspicious looking patches I would advise you to go straight to your GP or dermatologist. The quicker you can get a diagnosis, the better the prognosis before the patches get worse.
With you having history of skin cancer I would get anything you consider unusual skin wise checked out as Clemmie says. It may or may not be related but I'm sure you know it's a case of the sooner the better whatever cause. Hope all's fine though.
