Has anyone had an allergy from food that caused a TIA?

This has happened to me. They thought I had, had a TIA because my BP was so high and heart pulse so high. Did all the tests as one can never be sure. Completely blank for two weeks and recurrent episodes and it turns out to be soya milk and cooked apples. I am desperate to find any research or anyone the same thing happening.

I do have other autoimmune disorders like hypothyroid, coeliac disease, [and no dairy, herbs, spices, herbs salicylates, pineapple, and so on] also RA, OA, Osteoporosis and Fibro.
