NRAS is pleased to promote the following event on behalf of Queen Alexandra Hospital:

Carer’s Event at QA Hospital

Wednesday 7th May 2014, 1pm until 3.30pm

Oasis Wellness Centre, Queen Alexandra Hospital

The Patient Experience team at Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust are working to improve understanding of what is most important to patients, their relatives and Carers.

You are invited to join us at an event being held to help us identify how we can improve our Carers support. We want you to share with us what matters most to you as a Carer when the person you care for comes to the hospital.

In addition to the main event, we will have information stands which you might find useful to help sign post you to additional support services.

The event is being held at the Oasis Wellness Centre in the grounds of Queen Alexandra Hospital. If you would like to attend this event, please email Claire.Dyson@porthosp.nhs.uk or call her on 02392 286304.
