Contacts in my upcoming absence

Hi all

Those of you who have used this forum for a number of years may well have had contact with me, either replying to your posts in my role within our helpline team or through private messages, as an administrator on this forum. Because I have been on here since we launched this forum on HealthUnlocked, from time to time people have private messaged me with any concerns or questions they might have.

I therefore wanted to make you aware that as of 13th April I will be off on maternity leave, so won’t see messages on the forum until I return on 7th November.

If you do need to contact an administrator, my colleagues Beverley-NRAS and EmmaS-NRAS are here to help. We also have 2 new starters in the helpline team: Katie-NRAS and Caroline-NRAS, who are just starting their training as admins on the site, but will soon become familiar faces as well!

If you have concerns about a post or a comment on a post, please use the ‘report’ feature, which can be found underneath each post/comment. This will send an email notification to all admins, so is the most efficient way to reach us, and it also means that we would be able to see the text you wanted to make us aware of, even if the person who wrote it deletes it afterwards.

If you have a query for our helpline team, the best way to contact us is either by phone:

0800 298 7650 (Mon-Fri, 9.30-4.30)

or by email: helpline@nras.org.uk

If you have a query about the HealthUnlocked website itself/any IT issues, such as problems with logging in, these queries should always go to HealthUnlocked, who you can contact through the ‘Help Centre’ under ‘support’ at the bottom of this page.

As always, I wish you all well over the coming months, and hope the forum continues to be a busy, welcoming and supportive community for anyone with RA.

Best wishes

Victoria Butler

Congratulations Victoria, to you both! Yay a baby brother or sister for James. I hope everything goes swimmingly. Thank you for all your help & do please post a pic once your new blessing has arrived. 💐

Thank you everyone for those lovely comments. I will be happy to let you know how things go once the baby arrives. I had some lovely surprise gifts from NRAS yesterday, and they even bought a little something for the big-brother-to-be, my son James.

Looking forward to seeing you all on here when I get back!

xx
