i have had RA for 12years and have had mtxt and numerous others for the last 3years i have been in leflumomide and have had numerous growths

has anyone else had this problem not sure if meds or not RA consultant not really interested can anyone shed any light on this? have had 2 removed in hospital but left with 10 help...

What sort of growths? I've not heard of this with RA treatment. The consultant may not be interested because it isn't related to your RA? They do get very blinkered.

Are they rheumatoid nodules? These are caused by severe RA or can be from mxt use. I have some, on my elbows and arm. I have read that they are not usually removed unless absolutely necessary. These are my the only growth s that I know about, with RA
