I have lupus and think fibromyalgia too how do you know which one is flaring up?

Hi lulu , I am afraid I don't know but can only suspect that would be difficult. I think HU might have a lupus site that may be able to help or lupus uk ? But poor you sounds like a bit of a outlet whammy for you, hope you are coping. Xx

Hi Lulu - so sorry you are struggling with these two conditions. There is a Lupus UK HealthUnlocked and you might get more specific responses on there although I know a lot of people with RA also have Fibro too and I believe it means that there's a lot more pain to manage so your GP would probably be the best person to ask.

If you go to the green bar above this page and click on Communities you will get a long list - I think in alphabetical order. If you go for LUPUS UK I know there is a very good community but I think there is also one for Fibromyalgia too but I've never been there. You can be members of as many HealthUnlocked communities as you like at the same time and your profile will remain the same for all them so you don't need to log in again or rejoin.
