Merry Christmas and a truly Happy New Year to all.
I'm about to start Leflunomide in a week or so and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with the drug, I would be very grateful for any info thanks.

Hello
For me it was unsuitable and made me ill.
All I can say is see how it works for you all our bodies are not the same.
All Seasons Greetings for Christmas and New Year
BOB
Hopefully I'll be ok with it won't know until I try but thanks for getting back to me x
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly, I'll keep my fingers crossed x
I was on lef. For a few years, together with mxt. Had no probs at all with it, only taken off it when I went onto enbrel. Happy christmas
I have been on a year and find it helps my swelling, have a great Xmas and happy new year Axx
I have used leflunomide and I had fantastic remission on it. It's different for everyone but if it works for you like it worked for me you'll be feeling much better soon. For me there were no nasty side effects either. Merry Christmas and good luck x
Did not work for me at all- nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, and dizziness- but I guess that is why there are so many different meds- I am now back on Methatrexate shots/ have had a really tough time trying to get meds straightened out.
I was on leflonamide with MTX.Worked well but I had the side effects of diarrhea, at times involuntary....hair loss and heart burn. So came off it and rheumy gave me hydroxy instead.Been in acute pain ever since. Now hoping for my Enbrel to arrive soon. Everyone is different, so do try it, you have nothing to lose. Remember to take after a meal. Also did doc give you tablets
to protect your tum?? Good luck and welcome to the site.
