Yes I have this too.
Me too, I'm no expert, but it could be trapped nerves around you hip area causing the numbness and pins and needles. As the others have said, talk to your rheumy about it.
If you haven't been to the docs yet, go now, I have had this problem since May, possibly a slipped disc for me, but also a lot of wear and tear on discs in lower back. Hope you ok
