My yearly MOT.

Hi all hope you are keeping well, I went to the doc's yesterday for my !!MOT!! and was told that every think was OK

and that I had even lost 6plb which was great news to me. So if I ignore the RA and the arthritis in my spine and the fact that I am in constant pain with it all I am a very healthy 56 year old. (I do love doctors)
