Be careful in future viv

I have found out to- day as i was having shower I pulled and moved shower seat

I set it down on my wee toe only to find out I have cracked a bone in it. Not so sore as it had been, had x ray today to be told to go to , Dr just rang I have to get it bandaged

Oh dear, hope you manage to see the doctor soon and get it bandaged. I think having RA makes us more prone to fractures but not 100% sure. I recently fractured a rib just through coughing! Hope it heals quickly.
