Phil & Rika co-ordinate this group and call themselves PADRAGS (Plymouth & District Rheumatoid Arthritis Group Support). Meetings are held in the Health Education Room at Mount Gould Hospital, Plymouth PL4 7QD on a Tuesday from 1:00pm - 3:00pm.

16th July (1-3pm) - 'Re-gathering of Thoughts' Group discussion on things going on locally and an account of the NRAS volunteer training day attended in Bristol in June.
Yeovil NRAS Group
Tina and Elaine co-ordinate this group and meet at the Holy Trinity Church and Community Centre in Lysander Road, Yeovil, BA20 2BU on the third Wednesday of every other month from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.

St. Helens NRAS Group
The group meets every other month at The Assembly Room, St. Helens Town Hall, Victoria Square, St. Helens, WA10 1HP from 6.30pm to 8pm. There is a free car park at the back of the Town Hall (take first right off Birchley St.) and disabled access via a lift to the left of the front steps.
Each meeting begins with a talk followed by refreshments (suggested £1 donation) and then there is time for a chat. NRAS information booklets and leaflets are available (and free). You, your family, friends, health professionals are all very welcome to attend, you don't have to join NRAS to attend NRAS group meetings.
