it seems that the government has revoked on the 20metre walking distance and have gone back to 50metres I will try and find the full link to see if this is correct I really hope so as 20 metres is viewed as between your kichen to living room say not from car to shop or even hospital corridor ... i'm off to look Tricia P xx

The idea the it's 20m from your kitchen to your living room should give us insight into the size of the houses that government ministers live in!

I wondered about that too - the DLA decision makers must have considerably bigger houses than mine which isn't even 5 m from living room to kitchen.
