Relatives of patients with rheumatoid arthritis needed to help with new study on preventing RA

Hi Everyone,

We have been asked to share this research and hopefully some of you can pass it on to any close relatives that may be keen to help.

The PREVeNT RA study is for close blood relatives of someone with rheumatoid arthritis, but do not have the disease themselves. The Manchester Musculoskeletal Biomedical Research Unit need their help to identify risk factors for developing RA and find ways to PREVeNT it.

The relative will be asked to complete a questionnaire and donate a blood sample.
