This may or may make a difference to your arthritis but I have found that adjusting my diet and exercises have worked best for me. Are you taking any DMARDs as well as natural remedies? Tilda

Thanks.

I am taking methetrexate (10 x 2.5 per week) and paracetamol but also diclofenac when desperate only.

I haave eliminated foods which are nor supposed to be suitable and also go dog walking each day.

I haven't tried it as generally find that these remedies are expensive and not very effective. Have you looked at the research into complementary treatments? Shows that there's not much that's really helpful....here's the link

seems like it is a fancy form of glucosamine. Glucosamine has shown some benefits for people with RA in research I think, but you would probably be just as well off taking the cheap supermarket form of it. With any supplements its always best to tell your doctors what you are taking or planning to take, just in case it alters the effects of your prescribed medications.

Thank you for that.

I have arthritis in both legs and I have used celabolin for months and experienced no benefit whatsoever. The claims made are bogus and they should be sued for making them.johnjedjones@hotmail.co.uk

Celabolin is a wastes of time and money so far as I am concerned. tried the stuff every day for months, and got no benefit whatsoever. Their claims are a load of tripe. johnjedjones@hotmail.co.uk

Have you tried Boron? Has really helped many. Lots of information on net. Many doctors sweare by it. Important that you take a dose that is clinicly efficient. Dimininishes paon considerably without ill effects.
