sinus pain

I am experiencing sinus pain after smoke free for almost 20 days. Anyone knows how they manage to handle this .

Hey gmanz , good to hear from you. I too had sinus pain in the early stages of stopping. I vaporized with eucalyptus/vicks over a basin of steam daily until cleared. But if gets worse head to your local chemist or doctor 🏥

got myself some paracetamol in case of headaches but all goes well. Sinus gone, only a coule of atchoum sometime

I have realised I have gained some weight. I am feeling better not perfect but better everyday
