Chest pain :(

I have been having awful chest pain on and off which I believe to be linked to anxiety. Yesterday it started at about 7pm and hasn't gone since. It's 8am over here and it's still not gone. Luckily I have the Drs at 12 and I can find out what's going on. I don't think it's anything serious but it can be worrying. Will let you all know :)

I’m not a doctor but I had chest pains for months. I took it as my chest healing from damage. It took several months to feel better

At least I'm not the only one lol. It could just be inflammation while my body is doing it's thing. I'm seeing a Dr in 30 minutes anyway so hopefully they can confirm it's nothing. I think I'm more frightened because I have had anxiety. Will let you know what Dr says

Absolutely. I just want to get on with my life so hopefully after 12pm (uk time) I can get on with things

Turns out it's heartburn and acid reflux. Very common after quitting smoking apparently

Thank goodness nothing too serious. One thing I want to pass on is to start taking a multi vitamin for your healing. It’s critical to the course. Glad you went to the dr. And you have a peace of mind. Have a fabulous day 😊

Hehe I must admit I've been taking the kids vitamins as the gummy vites are nice lol. Yep same here. I'm on heartburn tablets to reduce the symptoms but onwards from here and I can relax and move on with my day x

Dont worry the main positive thing is you have quitted smoking so gradually your body will heal itself and some complications may be observed but take them as positive. I quitted smoking 500 days back and i too was suffering from anxiety, depression and panic attacks. I am still facing but has improved allot from the past. So keep calm and do some exercise, keep urself busy and everything will be fine in upcoming days.

Thanks.

Thank you VamsySasha. I WILL get back to 100% in time. I'm feeling more positive today and I took my GORD tablet and so far I've had no aches. Only my back but my husband hogs the bed so I slept awkward lol.
