Is it possible to have quitters flu on the 3rd week?

Hey KathieO - it certainly is perfectly normal to have 'flu' like symptoms at this stage as you approach 3 weeks - your mind and body is working extremely hard to rewire, repair and recover - this is a gradual process, but good news, for each day that passes the easier and further you become in your recovery, it will improve I promise but will take a while longer, just take it day by day and stay close to us.
