Oh I sooo feel your pain, but it's so wonderful you are now, not thinking of smoking, a huge bonus indeed.
In the realms of every day life, including eating the whole contents of the fridge on a daily basis, I,m sure many can relate, to that, is a common factor in quitting. Just brilliant news, In actual fact it's magical news, it is oh so much easier to loose the weight than quitting..........
Maybe we should all have a dedicated page for low fat recipes. For me I just dance in my little room, at least twice a week, and always have a chunky hearty soup on the go.
Lots of help on the internet regarding loosing weight.
