Day 6 (day 15 on Champix)

Officially Day 6 stopped.

Feeling rough today :(

Had to go to the Drs this morning, high blood pressure issues so didn't have my new 'normal' routine and picked up my new tablets at 11am so took my Champix very late. Subsequently feel tired, narky and not in the mood for anything. The plus side? Not interested in Mr Nic at all.

Ah well it's Jeremy Kyle reruns for me today :)

Well done Phil

Day 6 already! Almost the first week behind you. Great stuff!

Poor you Phil. I hope you feel better very soon.

But 6 days is amazing! Just keep telling yourself how well you are doing and what a star you are (because you really are) :)

Way to go Phil ! Day 6 is not easy and is really quite an achievement !

I was on Champix too, and it made me queasy with vivid dreams, but it was manageable. In my current quit, I took each Champix with anti-nausea pills and it was great, helped to keep my stomach stable. I'm not a doc, so you may want to check with your GP. :) I'm no longer on it, if you are wondering, took a couple of weeks before I got off it.. slowly.

Come to the forum often, read and post often. It's a wonderful, busy busy place with several ex-smokers with years under their belt, still volunteering time for newer ones like ourselves. !
