I will of been smoke free for 2 hole weeks at 10 o'clock tonight

and it feels great

Still not easy but it's getting easier, I'm feeling very positive

I have booked a 3 day trip to Brighton at the end off February,

as a reward and for something to look forward to for giving up

So not only am I giving something up that's nasy, horrible, stinks

and will probably kill me. Im also getting a reward it's all good
