Hello, thought I would check in, I have been very poorly with a viral infection in my lungs, ears and throat, leading to a short stay in hospital, but still determined to stay off the fags as I crawl into month 3.
Still on heavy antibiotics and still feeling quite ill, but strangely been craving really bad the last 3 days:mad:
Even with the craves I know I will NEVER smoke again, but feeling quite sorry for myself lately.

I sympathise with you, I've had a couple of chest infections this year, it's not fine, the wheezy feeling and breathlessness is worrying.
Plenty rest, fluids, stay cosy, gentle walks, books and feel good films, that's what I did!!

Oh bless, i was thinking about you the other day and am pleased to hear your out of hospital and on the mend. You probably wouldn't have had the strength you've got now to fight it so well if you were still smoking!!
I was a few weeks in front of you but messed up and am back to a month, think i've learnt my lesson, really good to hear your still staying strong in your quit.
don't rush back to everything, take it easy, lots of fluids, rest and be kind to yourself. xxx
