About to start my last ever day one!

Well i restarted the champix last monday so today is day 12, i just smoked my last cigarette and tomoro will be my last ever day one!

Will post more tomoro as am off to Zzzz now.

Im soooo tired on the Champix this time, absoloutly shattered!

Last time after the first few days quitting i was full of energy so am hoping the same thing happens this time as i an seriously fed up with feeling so tired!

Had weird dreams both times too,

Well my day one isnt too bad so far, altho the kids are testing my patience!

Just want the first few days over with now!

According to my sis ( dentist) the whole flora of your mouth can change when you quit smoking. I had problems with mouth ulcers and bleeding gums. She advised me to use Corsodyl mouthwash and after 3 or 4 days of that the bleeding just stopped as did the ulcers, so it might be worth a try, debbie.

Good luck with your quits girls. It is worth it.

I got a load of mouth ulcers too - Corsodyl and salt water mouthwashes helped though!!
