Advice needed

I have had two glasses of wine (my Friday evening treat). I now have toothache, throbbing toothache, and want to take two of my co-codemol, but it says do not drink whilst on these tablets.

Cn anyone tell me if it would be safe to take these pain killers, and if so, would the wine counter act the effects of the pain killers or leave me feeling drunk (not something I want with children to care for).
