I've my appointment at the stop smoking clinic this afternoon. I'm thinking about moving down to the lower dose patch but I don't want to be jumping the gun because I'm getting confident!
At the beginning I would have put the patch on first thing, now I can be up for about an hour before I think to put it on! I also haven't been using the inhaler I was given, not even with my wine! Don't take the lozengers anymore but will maybe have 2 pieces of nicotine gum a day!
Do you think I'm ready to move to step 2?

I think is really great that you are getting confident. Its shows you are on your way to beating this.
Sounds to me that you are probably ready to test a reduction in dose. If you need to you can always go back to the stronger dose. If you do have to, don't get upset by it. Just make sure you stay quit
