Today is day 7! After the 2nd day this weeks been easy, I've even had a few beers without it triggering no grumpy moods yet . When do you go onto the next stage of nicotine patches? Xxx

My patches are the Niquitin clear ones, step 1 is 6 weeks, step 2 is 2 weeks and so is step 3.
