well 2 weeks tomos smoke free, had to stop champix 4days ago due to horrendous side effects :eek: il miss the dreams though:rolleyes:

so today has been like day 1 craving like mad, but helps because thanks to champix had already broke the habit

came close today to cracking but no im still off the fags going in to week 2

Thank you so much for all your support, I'm finding tougher now due to champix being completely out of my system

But I'm going to keep fighting this well with the support of everyone on here my kids and of course my Murray mints

If your struggling take half snap in half. My nurse said it's best to do the three month course to suceed. You can get a tub of 0.5mgs off the docs good luck god bless
