Another week has gone by...

... and I'm still here and still not smoking! :D

Day 23 (I think!) and I'm feeling very settled now that I am on half-dose Champix. Virtually no cravings at all, and more importantly, I think the "habit" has been broken. I'm not thinking about ciggies as I get in my car to drive somewhere, or after watching a TV programme.

And I'm feeling especially proud of myself as I donated blood today, which I haven't done for years. It gushed out so fast that it only took a couple of minutes, so something good must be going on with improved circulation!

(Mind you, walking home two miles afterwards in this heat probably wasn't such a great idea... ;) )

So, the only decision left to make no is... shall I move onto the Two Months forum after 28 days or a calendar month?
