whoo-hoo it's been 1 WHOLE YEAR today since I had my very last puff of a cigarette!!

I've supposedly (lol) saved -£2,556.00 by not smoking 9,125 cigarettes!

Most importanly I have added 10 weeks to my life!

... roll on for another year! : )

It's been a wild year! For the most part the cravings have reduced. If they do come around it's a matter of seconds (so it seems) and they're gone!

That's a relief!! I had a bout of cravings in my 9th month that were driving me insane! Out of no where and seemed to be almost constant.

Breathing is the best thing, hoever, I LOVE going to bed at night and not sounding like a collection of tweets, gurgles and whistles.

As for shopping... got myself a nice new set of bottom teeth I've been needing! lol

That made me laugh My quit came about thanks to dental implants. Needed to stop for the bonding/recovery process and just continued to stay stopped.

New gnashers as an incentive or a reward .... main thing is we're now non smokers and so much healthier for it

Huge congrats to you on your first year smokefree .... have a great successful 2nd year too :cool:
