i had a blip on day 3. i smoked. it tasted horrible and my lung's are congested and i'm coughing. back on the waggon so to speak. i gave up when i helped a friend move and i was so out of breath i had to sit down. in the morning she and a friend had a cigerette and coughed,then, i could'nt believe this they both used an inhaler!!!!!. is that the defenition of insanity?
