Went for a big night out last night, meal followed by Plan B live in Plymouth.

Absolutely fanstastic night - didnt take a handbag because I didnt need my cigarettes, lighter or ventolin inhaler. No biggy you might think - it is for me.

As a smoker I never left the house without my inhalor. If I got to work and realised I didnt have it, home I would go to fetch it. I would never go to bed without it on the bedside. This has probably been the most remarkable change. I used to use it 7 or 8 times a day, now maybe once or twice a week!!!

When we got home I saw on facebook that my sister and brother in law had started their quits 3 days ago, apparently inspired by me I couldn't be more pleased

I haven't used a handbag since I stopped smoking, just have my cards in my coat pocket and keys in the other one, it great I hated the blooming thing.

Love Plan B, saw then at the wireless festival last year they were really good live.

Its a great feeling when other people stop being inspired by you isn't it. A friend of mine has given up since I have and I know its cos she's seen me, a confirmed smoker, managed to give up.
