newbie here.......been on Champix for 12 days and this is day 2 no ciggies. Have felt the urge quite strongly today but have managed to refrain through deep breathing and plenty of water. Patting myself on the back for getting through...........................what will day 3 bring????

congratualtions on getting through your first 13 or so days of not smoking , day two of the champix couple of more lets say hard days then you will have cracked it, keep drinking plenty of fluids to flush out that nicotine and keep your mind and hands busy for the next few days, also good to read up on your quit lots of people here have fabulous links in their signatures have a read and post on the forum let us all know how you are getting on. good luck and remember this is so the best decision you will make
