Hope you are well. Returned from a week in the US visiting family. I am sooo chuffed to have my first non-smoking holiday under my belt. My mum and some of my friends smoke, but instead of envying them, I felt sorry for them! While flying is still a pain, it was brilliant going right through to airside instead of making my husband wait until the last minute so I can keep smoking!!
Went to one tab of Champix last week, and I think that works so much better for me.
Look forward to moving into month 3 with all of you!!

Hi Julie
dead chuffed for you, see what you did there you non smoker you
Good to hear your trip was a success both now as an ex smoker and that you weren't snowed in.... maybe being snowed in isn't so bad though when your on holiday.
It does sound like the drop to one tablet was the right thing then as it was playing havoc with you before wasn't it? Have you noticed any change in smoke/non smoking related urges since that drop?
Hope it continues to go well for you ........... congratulations to you for 44 days smoke free  Bring on Month 3
